Welcoming our newest Business and Product Manager

We’re excited to have Kimia Yeganeh join our team as PUMA Business and Product Manager. Kimia brings 7 years of energy efficiency experience serving Ontario's commercial and industrial sector. She worked as an energy engineer on a variety of conservation demand management programs under the suite of Ontario's Save On Energy retrofit programs.

Kimia brings to the team great knowledge and expertise in measurement and verification of electricity savings for various systems including compressed air, chillers and refrigeration, lighting, pumps and fans, and combined heat and power. Additionally, her previous experience leading a team of energy specialists will strengthen PUMA’s commitment in helping clients achieve higher energy efficiency and reduce emissions by turning monitored data into actionable insights.

Prior to entering the world of energy efficiency, Kimia did research on renewable energy technologies including batteries and fuel cells. She is truly passionate about climate change mitigation and protecting the environment. In her free time, she likes to write articles and posts and create educational videos for her Energy & Environment blog.

“I am grateful that the work that I do every day helps with climate mitigation efforts. There is so much that is currently happening in the climate mitigation space, from zero emission buildings to electric vehicles to cleaner transportation and it’s an exciting and critical time to be working in this space", Kimia says.

"In order to make an impact, first it is important to measure what matters, from utility and water consumption to waste, and to be aware of the associated GHG emissions. PUMA allows users to do all of that effortlessly, saving them time and energy on the path to climate mitigation and I'm excited to be a part of it", she adds.

Welcome to the team, Kimia!
