New year, new features and improvements
Starting off the new year with some news about recently added features and improvements in PUMA:
3 major usability improvements in the Reports area:
It’s now much faster to make changes to your custom reports without re-recording the whole ‘macro’. Check out the new ‘Edit’ feature found under ‘Manage Custom Reports’ to make modifications to an existing custom report.
You’ll now find a time-saving ‘Save As Custom’ feature at the bottom of most predefined report forms, Custom Reports form, and the Master Reports form. This makes it easy for you to configure a series of frequently-used or scheduled reports with slightly different settings.
Trying to figure out exactly which preconfigured or custom PUMA report generated the PDF report you were sent? Check out the Recreate Report link now found at the bottom of most PDF reports. It will take you back to the report configuration screen in PUMA with all the parameters set. If the report was generated directly from a Master Report screen, then the link will take you to the pre-populated Master Report form that you can edit and save as a new Custom Report, without having to figure it out from scratch.
Additional improvements:
Trying to pay particularly close attention to electrical demand in your facility? Get email alerts for excessive Smartmeter demand. Contact us to set it up.
Exception Reports thresholds can now be based on two new options - cost and cost percentage (previously consumption percentage was the sole option). Contact us if that is more suitable to your needs and we can make the adjustment.
We’ve made some behind-the-scenes improvements to our integration with Portfolio Manager to make it run even more smoothly.
We’ve made a variety of small usability fixes you may notice in some workflows and menu selections.
